About the workplace The Home Care Office Nord 2 is located at Brigadgatan 4, and you will be working with clients living in Drottninghög, Ringstorp, Pålsjö Östra, and Fredriksdal. We are a unit that collaborates to ensure our clients receive the assistance they need! You will be part of a local management team consisting of four coordinators, one administrator, and one unit manager. Together, we work to create the best conditions for our employees in their work. The position of coordinator will also involve work in home care. This may include planned or unplanned care interventions for clients. As an employee, you will receive a wellness allowance of 3000 SEK per year. Job responsibilities As a coordinator, you will handle a variety of tasks. You will be responsible for administering and distributing operations for days and evenings, as well as understanding and promoting a balanced economy and a safe working environment. The work involves various areas of responsibility, such as working according to the approved quality assurance process within home care in accordance with the Social Services Act, following planning processes, documenting in LifeCare, and working in Mina Planer to ensure good collaboration during the reception of new clients and discharges from the hospital. The job also involves preparations for various meeting formats where you are expected to take an active and supportive role and lead meetings. In your work, you will closely collaborate with the unit manager and your coordinator colleagues regarding scheduling, monitoring staffing needs, and evaluating substitutes. You will also ensure staffing planning for substitutes during absences and workload accumulation based on the needs of the operation. Part of your time will involve coordinating the introduction of newly hired employees. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, comfortable working with various digital tools, and confident in your documentation skills. You need to have basic computer skills and be familiar with the Windows Office suite. Furthermore, you should be willing to be delegated tasks and perform delegated interventions according to the Health and Medical Services Act, possess good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and hold a valid driver's license (B). It is an advantage if you have previously worked with LifeCare (LCU, LCP, and LMO), Mina Planer, and Medvind. Experience in a similar role is also advantageous.
