Do you want to be part of starting up and contributing to the development of our new respite care unit?
We are seeking a coordinator who wants to work with both respite care, safety places, and day activities, with the operation planned to start in 2026.

In this role, you will also work with short-term recruitment. This means ensuring staffing during absences, matching the right skills to the right assignments, and following up on bookings. You play a central role in maintaining continuity in the operation through close collaboration with both managers and substitutes.

As a person, we see that you are customer-oriented, have a good ability to collaborate, and maintain a professional demeanor, as one of our tasks is to provide the operation with quality staff. The work requires you to be structured and solution-focused, able to prioritize your tasks during peak times and remain calm even in stressful situations. You see opportunities in complex situations and have a knack for problem-solving. You understand the importance of good communication to achieve results in your work.
