Job Responsibilities
As a Coordinator, You Will Be Responsible for a Specific Area While Also Sharing Collective Responsibility with Your Colleagues. Your Task is to Administer the Time Care Planning Scheduling System Within Your Area. Through Close Dialogue with Managers and Employees, You Will Finalize Schedules (Adjust Differences) Considering Applicable Laws, Agreements, and Organizational Economics. The Role Also Involves Collaborating with Managers and Staffing Controllers to Review and Evaluate Staffing Processes, Assess Staffing Needs, and Develop Planning and Scheduling Work.
You Will Support Employees in the Scheduling Process and Report Deviations in the Personec Personnel System. You Will Also Manage Temporary Staff Bookings for Short-Term Absences in Time Care Pool. As a Short-Term Recruiter, You Will Handle Various Steps in Temporary Staff Planning and Administration.
Our Most Important Task is to Provide the Organization with Qualitative Personnel. To Achieve This, You Must Be Comfortable Making Quick Decisions and Thrive in a Occasionally High-Paced Environment.
Qualifications
We Seek Candidates with Experience in Staffing Economics and Knowledge of Working Time Regulations, Workplace Environment Issues, and Labor Law. We Prefer Candidates with at Least One Year of Experience in Similar Tasks Within Planning and Staffing for LSS Services Operating 24/7. Experience with Systems Like Personec, Time Care Pool, and Time Care Planning is Advantageous.
We Prefer Candidates with a Vocational/Higher Vocational Education in Personnel and Payroll Administration or Post-Secondary Education Deemed Relevant by the Employer.
We Place Great Importance on Personal Qualities. To Succeed in This Role, You Need Strong Collaboration Skills, Customer Orientation, and a Professional Approach with Everyone You Interact With. You Should Have Excellent Communication Skills. The Work Requires a Structured Approach and Analytical Ability.
