The customer service team at SafeTeam in Gothenburg currently consists of four coordinators who together are responsible for first-line customer service. As Team Leader, you will have leadership responsibilities for the other three coordinators in the group. The coordinators play a coordinating role with many points of contact. Your daily tasks will include staffing our order phone and email, creating service orders based on customer requests in our order system, coordinating contacts and jobs to the right person, and being responsible for material orders. As a coordinator, you will also be responsible for billing documentation and approval of supplier invoices. Other administrative tasks, such as handling quality follow-up and customer registration, as well as ordering office supplies, are also included. And most importantly: you will interact with our customers, colleagues, suppliers, and other contacts in a pleasant and professional manner! All work is carried out in accordance with SafeTeam’s value foundation. This position is a contract until February 28, 2027, with good prospects for extension. Working hours are scheduled Monday to Friday, and the position is full-time. Team Leader Responsibilities As Team Leader, you will plan operations efficiently for coordinators, service technicians, and on-call services. You will coordinate and drive improvement initiatives together with team leaders in the departments. To succeed in this role, you possess the following qualities: In this role, we see that you have the ability to pick up on details while maintaining a clear overall perspective. You are attentive, meticulous, structured, clear, and experienced in prioritizing and delegating. You will have daily contact with customers and colleagues, which places high demands on a pleasant and professional demeanor. We also believe that you have a strong technical interest. We are looking for someone who has: • Experience in a similar role • The ability to provide high-level service – "that little extra" – to both customers and colleagues. Exceptional service is the core of our corporate culture. • Strong communicative skills in both spoken and written forms • Good knowledge of the Office suite and familiarity with how CRM systems function • Leadership experience is a plus. Where? As a coordinator with Team Leader responsibilities in customer service, you will have a combined role that belongs to two departments: the Alarm Department and the Lock Department, both located in Hisingen. This role will involve work in both departments. Both offices are located in Hisingen, on Virvelvindsgatan and Södra Hildedalsgatan. Here, you will be joined by wonderful colleagues in various roles, including coordinators, department managers, and project leaders/designers, as well as technicians.
