JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinator with responsibility for the committee process.
As a coordinator with us, you will be the one with primary responsibility for the Technical Committee's committee process by preparing committee meetings, organizing decision management, creating plain language presentations, and supporting case managers with documentation.
During committee meetings, you will ensure case progression, documentation, and minutes. The role also includes supporting and training case managers and managers in the preparation process for committee and delegation decisions.
You will develop training materials and conduct internal training that raises the administration's competence in your area.
We need your skill in creating good and user-friendly structures in the committee process, so we would like you to have experience with various digital solutions. Together with colleagues, you will also work on archival issues and the registry.
You will be part of a highly competent team that supports each other and together drives the development of case preparation in the municipality.
QUALIFICATIONS
I, the recruiting manager, am Frida Magnusson. To be a good coordinator, you must be both flexible and structured, while being service-oriented with a strong sense of nuance. It is important that you enjoy being in the midst of things, where you are a relationship builder of the highest order, as collaboration is crucial in this role.
We are looking for someone with a degree from higher education in public administration, law, or another education/experience that the employer deems equivalent. We prefer candidates with knowledge and experience of working closely with and within politically governed organizations.
You need to have very good Swedish language skills and be adept at formulating yourself in writing with plain language, as this is a basic requirement for the position. We would like you to have experience with presentation techniques and creating clear informational materials.
As a coordinator with us, you need to be outgoing, communicative, and enjoy collaboration.
You need to have a structured work approach and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, sometimes with tight deadlines. To drive development forward, you need to be a proficient user of digital tools and working methods.
We prefer someone who is unpretentious, attentive, and has a good ability to create trust.
I would like to meet someone with drive and enthusiasm who feels ready to take on the responsibility for this important role.
The position may be subject to a probationary period.
