About this role

For our client, we are looking for a Demand & Export Coordinator. As a Demand & Export Coordinator, you play a key role in the interface between our factories/suppliers and our sales companies/distributors. Your overall responsibility is to ensure excellent product availability and high customer satisfaction globally. More specifically, you will be responsible for the order and forecasting process, which is followed up by both Supply Chain Management (SCM) and the sales organization, both internally and externally. One of your main tasks is also to manage customs clearance processes for exports outside the EU, including the various legal requirements associated with these processes. As a Demand & Export Coordinator, you will gain a good understanding of how the company operates and how our supply chain is structured. The work is carried out independently, but you will be part of a collaborative team that works closely together. **Responsibilities and Duties:** • Ensure that orders are processed efficiently, accurately, and on time, including planning and coordinating international deliveries. • Coordinate and respond to inquiries from sales and customers to ensure they receive accurate and reliable information. • Build and maintain relationships with sales companies and distributors globally, while ensuring that their changing business needs are identified and met. • Coordinate and monitor deliveries and ensure that sales companies and distributors receive relevant delivery information. • Develop and produce customer reports, such as reports on open orders. • Handle customer complaints and returns, following up on these to contribute to continuous improvements within the organization. • Prepare transport documentation and export goods in accordance with current customs rules and regulations. • Support the sales organization with training in processes, forecasting work, and IT tools used for demand planning. • Actively work on continuous improvements. **Qualifications:** • University education in logistics or equivalent work experience. • Fluent in both English and Swedish, both spoken and written. • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and a good understanding of IT systems and applications. • Goal-oriented, proactive, and decisive. • Analytical, structured, and meticulous. • Service-oriented, flexible, and enjoys building long-term relationships and collaborating with customers and colleagues. • Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with standardized tasks, problem-solving, and continuous improvements. **Your Application** Does this role sound interesting and suitable for you?
