About this role

We are looking for a Workplace Testing Coordinator with responsibilities in administration, sampling, training, recruitment, and coordination. Ljung & Sjöberg AB is an industry leader in alcohol and drug testing, gambling addiction, and codependency in the workplace. We have three main areas of focus: - Identification and rehabilitation of employees in the business sector - Alcohol and drug testing services - Residential operations We have offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Piteå, and Sundsvall, but our services are national. The company has repeatedly been awarded Dagens Industris Gasell Prize and Veckans Affärers Superföretags Prize. We now need an employee who can work in Stockholm. Please note that the position involves both office work and fieldwork at client companies. The location is Stockholm and surrounding areas. Your responsibilities will vary and will include, among other things: Sampling - Conducting random tests, pre-employment tests, and other relevant reasons for sampling. - Providing support during sampling activities that require multiple samplers and addressing urgent cases that arise. Coordination - Planning and coordinating sampling cases and acting as a link between the client and the sampler. - Coordinating and following up with hourly-employed samplers. Administration related to sampling - Managing test results administration. - Administering pre-employment tests. - Ongoing documentation in the client database regarding the progress of cases. It should be clearly indicated where in the process the sampling case is and upcoming activities. - Ensuring that client information is updated and communicated to relevant parties. - Ensuring and following up that agreed tests are conducted with assigned clients. - Ensuring correct invoicing of workplace tests. Invoicing occurs continuously, weekly, and monthly. - Directing deviant workplace tests to the MRO (Medical Review Officer) for further processing. - Following our existing process for all cases and reporting deviations if they occur. Training - Training, follow-up, and evaluation of subcontractors and the internal sampling network. - Ensuring that the sampling network has relevant sampling materials. Your qualifications: You are a "DOER" and a person who works in a structured manner, has good organizational skills, and is comfortable with administration and digital tools. You enjoy taking initiative and having responsibility. You are flexible, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in a creative and stimulating environment with deadlines. It is important that you find it easy to connect with others and are driven by providing good service. You are confident and clear in your communication. Integrity is a guiding principle for you. You have at least a high school education. If you also have a healthcare education, experience in addiction care, or have worked in public health, it is an advantage.
