Contract Project Manager

Your Role As a Contract Responsible Project Manager, you will be responsible for implementing Aviation Services support contracts for Special Mission aircraft. You will work closely with contract and project managers to ensure product reliability and long-term operational functionality in different countries. The position involves responsibility for budget, costs, schedule and delivery, risk and opportunity assessment, and ensuring that internal project and airworthiness processes are followed correctly. Our business and products are complex, and you will need to collaborate with expert competencies across many different areas within Saab. Support operations are responsible for areas such as: * Project management * Ensuring product reliability and long-term operational functionality * Providing technical support to Saab customers * Leading technical improvements and modifications * Budget and cost control * Risk and opportunity work * Business development * Ensuring good collaboration between stakeholders in your own area and other business areas * Management of multiple platforms, such as Saab 340, Saab 2000, and Global 6000 You will be part of the Special Mission and Regional Aircraft department within BU Aviation Services. Aviation Services also includes departments for Flight Operations, Support Solutions, Ground Support Equipment, Camo, Logistics Services, and Aviation Training.
