Job Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you play a crucial role in developing Natum's customer base. You are responsible for the entire or part of the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal. As such, you are expected to be a driving key person throughout the customer journey. The sales process includes booking customer visits, meetings with new and existing customers, relationship building and customer care, and quality follow-up. You drive negotiations for deal closure independently or with the help of colleagues within the company. Most meetings take place at the customer's site, where you review the customer's existing solutions within service areas, analyze, and propose a comprehensive solution.

Scope: Full-time
Working Hours: Mon-Fri daytime
Who Are You?
To be a good fit for the role, we expect you to have previous experience in B2B sales. You have excellent Swedish language skills and hold a B driver's license. We also look for a high school diploma and good computer skills, with Excel being an important tool.
To be successful in the role, you are social, forward-thinking, and driven. You are skilled at structuring and planning, and conduct your work in a goal-oriented manner.
