ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Office Assistant, you will play a central role in ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently, particularly in connection with weekly breakfast meetings and certain conferences. You will manage office supplies (purchasing goods) and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere on-site at the office. The role involves a significant degree of personal responsibility and opportunity to take initiative. You will have access to a company account for all purchases, which means no personal expenses are required.
This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at the client company. The assignment is expected to start in mid-January and will run for 3-6 months depending on needs. Working hours will primarily be Wednesday and Friday morning/late morning, but some additional hours may also occur.
WORK TASKS
This role involves managing the office's daily logistics, including breakfast management, purchasing supplies, and general office service to support employees and create a pleasant work environment.
* Assist with breakfasts two days a week
* Shop and prepare breakfast
* Clean up after breakfast
* Supplementary purchases for the kitchen, office, and office supplies
* Replenish coffee, tea, and other consumables
* Ensure the space is clean and tidy
* Assist during conferences and meetings with orders
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Are currently studying a post-secondary education or have another primary occupation of at least 50%
- Are fluent in Swedish in speech and writing
- Are driven to provide good service and have a non-prestigious approach
