About the Job
We are seeking an engaged and responsible person with a social work degree or equivalent education. In this role, you will work closely with both clients and colleagues to create a safe and supportive environment for those we help.
Work tasks are varied and include:
• Support and Safety Conversations – Providing emotional support and security to individuals in vulnerable situations.
• Practical Daily Support – Helping clients create structure in their daily lives through practical interventions.
• Support with Authorities – Assist with applications, meetings, and contact with social services, schools, healthcare, and other public institutions.
• Childcare when needed – Secure and responsible support for children in clients' households.
• Documentation – Maintaining accurate notes and reports according to company guidelines.
• Client Transportation – Travel within Sweden to ensure clients arrive safely.

We are looking for someone with experience working with people in difficult life situations. You are a secure and stable person with a natural ability to build trust. Your calmness and sensitivity allow you to adapt your approach to each individual and situation.

Meritorious Experiences and Skills:
• Previous work with authority functions within social services
• Knowledge of IPVAW (Intimate Partner Violence Against Women) and HRV (Honor-Related Violence)
• Experience with MI (Motivational Interviewing) and other conversational methods
Requirements:
• Class B Driver's License
Employment Conditions:
• Full-time, daytime work
• Scheduled weekly on-call duty – some weeks involve phone on-call at home, travel to pick up clients across Sweden, and ability to provide on-site support for urgent needs
• Individual salary setting
• Criminal record extract will be requested
