Social Worker or Equivalent Educational Background – We're Looking for You! About the Job We are seeking an engaged and responsible person with a social work degree or equivalent education. In this role, you will work closely with both clients and colleagues to create a safe and supportive environment for those we help. Job Responsibilities include: • Support and Safety Conversations – Providing emotional support and security to individuals in vulnerable situations. • Practical Daily Support – Helping clients create structure in their daily lives through practical interventions. • Authority Contact Support – Assisting with applications, meetings, and contact with social services, schools, healthcare, and other public institutions. • Child Care when Needed – Secure and responsible interventions for children in clients' households. • Documentation – Maintaining detailed notes and reports according to company guidelines. • Client Transportation – Travel within Sweden to ensure clients arrive safely. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with experience working with people in difficult life situations. You are a secure and stable person with a natural ability to build trust. Your calmness and sensitivity allow you to adapt your approach to each individual and situation. We believe you: • Have a positive attitude and see opportunities in challenges • Are flexible and adapt easily to changing circumstances • Understand the boundary between being personal and private • Are proactive and comfortable working both independently and in a team • Are not afraid to handle both administrative and practical tasks – we help each other with everything that needs to be done Preferred Experience and Skills: • Previous work with municipal social services • Knowledge of domestic violence and honor-related violence • Experience with motivational interviewing and other conversational methods Requirements: • Valid Swedish driving license (B-license) Employment Terms: • Full-time, daytime work • Scheduled weekly on-call duty – some weeks involve phone availability at home, travel to pick up clients across Sweden, and being ready to provide on-site support in urgent situations • Individual salary setting • Criminal record check will be required We offer a workplace where you'll work with competent, pleasant, and engaged colleagues.
