We are now seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant for a part-time assignment with a company in Solna. The assignment starts in week 48 and initially runs until the end of February 2026, with a good possibility of extension during spring.

About the AssignmentThe role involves supporting the finance department with ongoing financial administration and simpler accounting tasks. A brief introductory period is planned in November, followed by regular support during the winter. It is important that you can be available and continuously involved throughout the entire period to create continuity and security in the work.
Work Tasks
• Ongoing financial administration and simpler financial tasks
• Management and follow-up in Excel (pivot tables, basic analyses)
• Support in accounting, reporting, and documentation
• Reconciliations and support in administrative processes related to invoicing or cost tracking
Qualifications
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
• Quick learning ability and ease in adapting to new IT and financial systems
• Experience in financial administration/accounting is meritorious
• Precise, structured, and responsible
• Good collaboration skills and comfortable working in an office environment
Workplace and Working Method
• Location: Frösunda, Solna
• Work Style: On-site during startup, with potential for hybrid work afterwards
• Scope: Part-time, hours to be planned with immediate manager
• Period: Start week 48 (2-3 introductory days during the week) until end of February 2026 (good possibility of extension)
• Assignment is entry-level for a finance assistant, with hourly rate by agreement
