Your Responsibilities
The assignment offers you the chance to contribute your expertise in a strategic and collaborative role to create a modern and efficient IT workplace. You'll have the opportunity to develop creative solutions and work in a non-hierarchical team where you collectively achieve common goals. Assignment overview:
• Design, configure, and further develop solutions within Microsoft 365, Intune, and Citrix
• Ensure standards and policies are followed during implementations and changes
• Collaborate with various teams, vendors, and stakeholders to solve technical challenges
• Provide advice and support for IT solution optimization
• Manage Active Directory, Mobile Device Management, and application management
Your Team and Workplace
You'll become part of an engaged Workplace team with colleagues in IT, architecture, and service development. Work occurs in close collaboration with both internal and external parties in an international environment characterized by cooperation, variety, and development.
About You
We're seeking candidates with experience or strong technical interest in Digital/IT Workplace. You have knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Citrix, Intune and application management, Mobile Device Management, print management, and Active Directory.
You enjoy improving, optimizing, and streamlining processes and working methods. The assignment requires you to work independently, drive tasks to completion, and collaborate effectively with various teams, vendors, and stakeholders both on-site and remotely. You have excellent communication skills and are highly proficient in Swedish and English.
Advantageous experience includes:
• Project management
• ITIL processes and agile frameworks
• Outsourced IT environments
• Large complex IT environments
• Certifications, such as Citrix Certified Expert – Virtualization or Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
