About the Role
We currently have consultant assignments for Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) and Supplier Quality Manager (SQM) within the Swedish defense industry. These positions need to be filled immediately, so availability on short notice is advantageous. Limited remote work opportunities exist.
We are seeking candidates with extensive experience in assessing and evaluating supplier quality, preferably in manufacturing industries. Knowledge of quality methods such as PPAP, APQP, FMEA, and ISO is mandatory. You should have experience leading quality audits. Experience with root cause analysis, FMEA, 8D, and measurement system analysis is also important for the role. The position includes developing processes and routines in supplier quality. A college or master's degree in engineering is advantageous.
As a person, you are structured and analytical. Additionally, you have a good ability to work independently and excel at problem-solving. You should be proficient in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
As this involves work in the defense industry, you will undergo a security screening. The assignment therefore requires Swedish citizenship.
