Your Responsibilities Your tasks may include, but are not limited to: • Leading and developing teams within production, logistics, or supply chain. • Being responsible for daily management, goal tracking, and improvement work within the organization. • Implementing and driving LEAN and change projects in production or logistics flows. • Developing strategies for effective resource planning and capacity utilization. • Ensuring delivery precision and material availability in collaboration with purchasing, production, and logistics. • Working with analysis, optimization, and digitalization of the supply chain. • Coordinating and developing international logistics solutions and transport flows. • Acting as a project manager in initiatives aimed at streamlining and future-proofing production.
