**About the Position:**
Good leaders create sustainable long-term results – and to succeed, a deep understanding of both the business and the people is required. As a senior Consulting Manager at DevPort, you will play a key role with significant responsibility for the Digital Solutions business area in western Sweden. The role combines leadership, business-driven sales, and recruitment of consulting services, where you will actively contribute to our growth and expansion into new markets.
You will lead a group of consultants, responsible for their skills development, personal growth, and business success. We prefer candidates with experience from industries such as telecom, defense, or manufacturing, and who thrive in a role where strategic business thinking and people development go hand in hand.
Our consultants work both on-site with clients and on projects from our office in Lindholmen. As a Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for strategically expanding our consulting business, both with existing and new clients. You will ensure the client's need for expertise and drive the entire process – from client meetings to recruiting new talents and further developing both clients and employees. With a proactive approach, you will identify new needs and find the right talents to strengthen DevPort.
You will be an important piece of the puzzle in the organization and will be part of a team where engagement, collaboration, and drive are the core. Together with your managerial colleagues, you will further develop the business area and contribute to our long-term success. The role entails significant personal responsibility, and we are looking for someone who is confident in taking on that responsibility from day one.
**We expect you to have:**
**Education:**
- A university degree equivalent to a Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Software Development, or a similar technical field.
**Experience:**
- At least five years of experience in leadership roles with clear sales and business responsibility within consulting.
- Solid understanding of the entire consulting business – from business development, proposals, and client dialogue to delivery and follow-up.
- Proven experience in building and developing client relationships, driving new client acquisition, and growing existing business.
- Previous experience as a leader and engineer in the field of Digital Solutions.
- Experience working in technology from the telecom, automotive, energy, or defense industries.
- Experience in personnel responsibility, including recruitment, skills development, and coaching leadership.
- Familiarity with leading and developing larger teams with a focus on motivation, performance, and customer value.
