Consulting Manager

The mission of our corporate health service is to discover, prevent, and minimize workplace risks, as well as to identify and describe the connections between work environment, organization, productivity, and health. The role of consulting manager is varied and developmental. You will collaborate closely with colleagues and clients in Olofström, Region West. You are also part of the regional management team, where your work contributes to the region's development and efforts to achieve our goals. The regional management is based in Gothenburg, where, as a consulting manager, you will participate both digitally and occasionally in person. As a consulting manager, you will lead and support your team members who have specialist expertise. Here, we make each other better! Your responsibilities primarily include ensuring a good delivery to our clients by: - Leading, coaching, following up, and developing the employees in your team to achieve set goals. - Ensuring effective resource planning, a good work environment, and profitability. - Driving the development of our business with existing and new clients for whom you have customer responsibility. We are looking for someone who: - Has industry experience in corporate health and/or previous experience in a managerial role. - Is business-minded and driven by achieving results. - Has a strong ability to see, listen, meet, lead, and engage employees. - Enjoys creating and developing business, particularly excelling at building relationships!
