About the Position As a Consultant Manager, an exciting day filled with new challenges awaits! You will be responsible for developing and supporting our consultants in their assignments through regular check-ins, employee reviews, and professional development discussions. Additionally, you will manage the entire recruitment process, from candidate selection and interviews to hiring. The role requires strong accountability and involves independent work focusing on business and quality, often within challenging timeframes. You will have daily contact with candidates, consultants, and clients through phone, digital platforms, and in-person meetings, and your work will contribute to strengthening our company and customer relationships.
