Take on a key role as IT Management Leader – drive and coordinate both strategic and operational IT deliveries in a business-critical and complex environment. Here, you will have the opportunity to be the hub between IT and the business, ensuring stable operations and contributing to the continuous development of working methods, processes, and deliveries. The assignment is 100% and is expected to start immediately, initially lasting for 3 months with good opportunities for extension.

What you will do with us
• Lead and coordinate management work across several IT domains

• Identify areas for improvement and drive development initiatives
• Contribute structure and governance in an environment with both agile and traditional working methods

Here, you work closely with both IT operations, development teams, and the business side. You will be based in central Stockholm with some opportunity for hybrid work.

To succeed in this role, we believe you are a senior and self-driven management leader with a good understanding of both technology and business. You are used to working in a structured manner, have a holistic perspective, and enjoy being the one who makes things happen.
• Several years of experience as a management leader within IT
• Familiarity with handling both operational and strategic issues
• Good understanding of system management, IT operations, and application management
• Experience in coordinating many parallel initiatives
• Comfortable collaborating with both internal teams and external suppliers
• Excellent communication skills and confident in leading
• Experience as a project manager – preferably in combined roles
