We are currently seeking a Digital and Web Manager for a long-term assignment in Stockholm!
Are you interested in working with digital channels in a business-oriented role at a well-known company? As Digital and Web Manager, you'll have the opportunity to influence, challenge, and develop the digital presence in an environment where quality, design, and content are the focal points. We're looking for someone who combines strategic insight with operational ability and wants to be a key player in the company's continued digital journey. This is a longer consulting assignment starting as soon as possible, initially expected to last six months, with potential for extension.

Your Responsibilities
• Responsible for content and development of the website
• Drive and coordinate digital campaigns
• Serve as a sounding board for digital issues internally
• Follow up, analyze, and optimize digital efforts
• Collaborate with external agencies
• Contribute to developing and coordinating connections between web, CRM, and other digital systems
Your Team and Workplace
You'll work closely with colleagues in marketing and communication, functioning as a link between these functions and IT. You'll maintain regular contact with external agencies. The work is based in the office in central Stockholm, with some possibility for hybrid work.
About You
We're seeking someone with experience in driving and developing digital channels – preferably in a role such as web manager, digital manager, or similar. You have an eye for design, color, and form, and thrive at the intersection of communication, technology, and business. You work independently and proactively, with the ability to take initiative and challenge the status quo. You speak Swedish and English fluently, both verbally and in writing. Experience with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot or Dynamics, is a plus.
• Experience working with websites and digital campaigns
• Understanding of user behaviors and digital analysis
• Good sense of form and content
• Experienced in collaborating with agencies and other external partners
• Experience with CMS, preferably Optimizely
