Are you interested in developing and supporting actors in the emergency preparedness sector? Then the role of a consultant in crisis preparedness and civil defense is right for you! At Combitech, you'll work alongside some of Sweden's leading consultants in the field. Assignments include process management in continuity management, training and exercises in crisis management, as well as investigation and project management within crisis preparedness and civil defense. Together with your colleagues, you'll drive the development of Sweden's civil preparedness through various consulting assignments. Your Role as a Consultant in Crisis Preparedness and Civil Defense
Most of our customers are in the public sector. Emergency preparedness agencies, county administrative boards, and municipalities are examples of our customer groups. As a consultant with us, you can work on:
* Process management in continuity management and risk and vulnerability analyses
* Training and exercises in crisis management and collaboration
* Support for actors establishing a war organization
* Evaluations of exercises and real events
* Development projects in supply preparedness
* Feasibility studies and investigations in crisis preparedness and civil defense
* Project management in civil defense
Our customers are located throughout Sweden. Therefore, you must be prepared to travel for work. Your colleagues are spread across different parts of the country, and we collaborate extensively remotely. We have Sweden's leading consultants in several areas, and we learn from each other every day. Humility and collaboration are key words for us.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who has worked at least 2 years in crisis preparedness and civil defense within public sector. We prefer candidates with an academic degree from a college or university in areas such as risk, security, crisis management, or political science. A B driver's license is required. It is particularly meritorious if you have worked with continuity management according to ISO/SIS standards and/or MSB's continuity management methodology.

We primarily seek consultants who will be based at one of our offices in Stockholm, Västerås, Linköping, Lund, or Gothenburg. For the right candidate, we are also open to other locations. Combitech has approximately 30 offices in Sweden.
As the position may involve work covered by defense secrecy, you may need to undergo and pass a security assessment with register control.
