About the Position
We are seeking a consultant in IT, project, program, and portfolio management who wants to contribute to sustainable projects and long-term changes. Depending on your profile and drive, you will contribute in one or more of the following areas:
• Lead projects and changes in environments where your expertise makes a difference.
• Strengthen our clients' project maturity and help build long-term capabilities.
• Develop and spread knowledge in project and change management.
Many of our consultants are active in several of the above areas, simultaneously or over time.
Who Are You?
You are an experienced IT, project, and change management professional who thrives in an advisory consulting role.
We are also looking for someone who has:
• University degree in management, industrial economics, systems science, or similar field at master's level or higher.
• At least 5 years of experience working as a consultant
• At least 5 years of project management experience in technical industries
• Experience working in an international environment, with experience from at least three different countries
• TOGAF 9 Foundation and ITIL v3 Foundation certification or equivalent
• Skilled at leading complex projects and changes
• Skilled at building trust and strong customer relationships
• Ability to act as an advisor and adapt to customer needs
Additional merit if you have:
• Certifications in frameworks such as PMBOK®/PMP®, IPMA, PRINCE2®, Scrum, SAFe, or Prosci
• Experience in conducting training or workshops in project management or change management
