We are seeking a consultant for Siemens Energy in Finspång for an assignment in the Procurement Department. The role involves working with procurement processes and change management. The assignment requires a good understanding of purchasing, structure, and the ability to drive change in a complex organization.
About the Role
You will contribute to developing the business and meeting future challenges. The Procurement Department currently consists of approximately 200 employees, including support functions, and is responsible for all purchases required for the company's production.
The Procurement Department, like the rest of the company, is experiencing strong growth, with many new staff and new requirements to solve our tasks quickly and efficiently. You will work both internally and cross-functionally, and as a person, it is important that you understand the overall context and different perspectives. We believe you have a methodical approach, with good analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
* Document and/or update process descriptions
* Change management/implementation when adjusting processes
* Develop and conduct short training sessions based on process descriptions
* Coordination of global processes and regulations to be implemented
* Coordinate and develop local process adaptations for new IT tools from the global organization
* Serve as a key user for selected IT tools
Requirements
* College degree in economics, logistics, supply chain management, or purchasing
* Project management experience
* Experience in supply chain or process development with process documentation and implementation
* Experience with business systems, knowledge of SAP is an advantage
* Experience with IT tools and preferably business intelligence
* Excellent Swedish and English skills, both verbal and written
* Experience with Siemens Energy is a plus
