About the Role As a constructor, you will design documents for the manufacture and assembly of our agricultural projects, focusing on quality and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for internal and external communication in the design work and will plan your tasks based on given deadlines. This role is well-suited for you if you are structured, committed, and enjoy collaborating as part of a team. You have the ability to analyze and draw conclusions that you translate into effective solutions. When the pace is high, you can prioritize what is most important first. Who We Are Looking For We believe you will thrive and do well in this position if you recognize yourself in the following: • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and find CAD design enjoyable. • Education in construction, such as a civil engineer or equivalent. • Proficient in Microsoft software (MS Office). • Excellent command of Swedish, both spoken and written. Knowledge in REVIT is certainly a plus – but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you want to be involved in doing the job really well, together with us. Location: Växjö In Växjö, our office is located at Taptogränd 6 in the growing area of I11 – close to both the city center, lunch spots, and all that’s happening in town. Here, over 50 colleagues work in sales, project management, construction, finance, purchasing, HR, and IT.
