Advanced Technical Systems Engineer

Description Our client in Stockholm is seeking a technical, flexible, and solution-oriented design engineer who thrives in an environment focused on system development and advanced system creation. The role involves working closely with project managers, system engineers, installers, and other key personnel throughout the entire development chain – from concept and design to verification, validation, and final delivery. Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for developing and creating design solutions in both 3D and 2D environments, working with Autodesk tools to create models, drawing documentation, and exploded views. You will support system engineers in developing system schematics and participate in the entire design process. The work also includes requirements analysis, technical support during production and installation phases, and ongoing dialogue with suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will contribute to technical calculations and analyses and be responsible for reviewing incoming documentation. Together with technical writers, you will ensure that accurate documentation is prepared for project needs. Qualifications Requirements: • Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience. • Experience with CAD design and working in Autodesk environments, such as AutoCAD, Inventor, and Vault. • Experience with technical system integration. • Knowledge of machining, strength calculations, and product development for demanding environments. • Strong ability to work through the entire design chain and collaborate with various technical functions. • Ability to undergo and pass current security protection regulations. Meriting: • Technical interest in electronics. Terms The position is full-time and offered as hybrid work, with at least three workdays per week on-site in Stockholm. The assignment runs from December 8, 2025, to June 30, 2026, with excellent opportunities for extension or future employment with the client. The role may require specific citizenship for security classification.
