About the role
As a designer at Elpress, you will develop new products in the field of electrical connections along with associated tool systems and complementary materials. The tasks include several stages in a production process. Mechanics, hydraulics, electrical engineering, and electronics are the main technical subject areas. The work is carried out in close collaboration with production engineering and product owners. Testing is conducted in our own laboratory, which involves practical tasks, analysis of measurement data, and calculations that are important for quality assurance work. Support and communication require a good ability to express oneself verbally and in writing, in both Swedish and English. Dialogue with the sales organization, customers, and production is a natural part of the development work.
Who we are looking for
We believe that you have a university degree in mechanical engineering – or equivalent professional experience. To thrive with us, you are:
