What will you do?
As a Conference Host, you are Coor's external face, always keeping your eyes and ears open to capture that extra something in the customer's needs. In this role, guest experience, collaboration, and service will be the absolute focus. You'll work in a team but also independently, making great use of your commitment and ability to take initiative.
Example tasks include:
- Welcoming customers and visitors and delivering star-class service
- Planning and preparing venues for meetings and conferences, including furniture, technology, and event planning in consultation with the customer
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and supporting reception when needed
- Managing coffee machines
- Following up on error reports
- Building relationships with suppliers and customers
Who are you?

To thrive in the role, we look for someone with:
- Excellent Swedish and English skills to communicate with guests and customers
- Previous experience in service industries such as hotels, restaurants, or conferences is meritorious
