About this role

Do you want to play a key role in a growing company and help shape a future-oriented finance function? We are currently seeking a Group Accounting Manager who is eager to contribute both operationally and strategically, in close collaboration with the CFO and the management team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence, develop, and improve processes while actively participating in M&A and integration work! **About the Role** As Group Accounting Manager, you will have overall accounting responsibility for the group and lead the daily work with supporting colleagues. You will be responsible for the quality, structure, and development of our financial processes and reporting flows. The role can be based out of either our office in Oslo or Stockholm. **Your Responsibilities Include:** - Overall responsibility for group accounting, including consolidation and quality assurance of reporting - Leading and developing internal accounting resources (no personnel responsibility) - Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with applicable standards and regulations - Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes, routines, and systems within accounting and reporting - Following up on the audit process and acting as a point of contact for auditors - Responsible for the implementation and integration of new companies into the group structure - Assisting the CFO with ad hoc projects **Your Background** To succeed in this role, we see that you have: - A higher education in finance, accounting, or auditing. - Previous experience as an auditor. - 2-3 years of experience in group accounting, preferably in the role of Group Accounting Manager or similar. - Good system understanding and an interest in digitalization and automation.
