Welcome to Partille Customer Center! We are looking for a new team member to join our wonderful team.
At Partille Customer Center, you will always work with the customer in focus. You will support residents, business owners, and others in their interactions with the municipality, as well as those seeking housing in Partille after the initial phase. You will collaborate closely with others in a team to provide the best possible service.
You will be the municipality's face to the public, answering questions and conveying information correctly through meetings, phone calls, and digital channels in contacts with the municipality. The customer center's mission is to increase accessibility to the municipality and to capitalize on the knowledge gained from interactions with citizens.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who have a post-secondary education. Here, you will encounter many customers daily, both in person and digitally. Therefore, it is essential that you possess strong communication skills in both spoken and written formats, primarily in Swedish, but also in English and preferably other languages. Familiarity with or experience in municipal operations is advantageous for this position.
To succeed in this role, you need to rapidly absorb information and convey it in an educational manner. You are accustomed to working digitally and with various systems, are organized, and thrive in a dynamic environment where a lot is happening and are eager to develop. You have social competence and find it easy to build relationships. With your positive attitude, you serve as a good ambassador for all our services.

The Recruitment Process
