Your Responsibilities As a Municipal Guide, you will be part of the Contact Unit, also known as the contact center, where you serve as the municipality's first point of contact. We operate under the principle of "right contact pathway in," which means we coordinate and streamline the municipality's customer reception to create accessibility and security for our residents. You will answer questions, provide guidance, and handle cases in areas such as: • Urban planning, land, and development • Schools and education • Care and support • Culture, leisure, and environment • Reporting issues and feedback You will work in a team that is committed to high service levels and broad expertise. Your Qualifications We are looking for someone with at least a high school education and experience in similar work. It is advantageous if you have completed or are pursuing training in administration, reception, or case management. Furthermore, you should be proficient in using digital tools and have experience working with IT-based systems. You have a good ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Swedish and English, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus. We are looking for someone who: • Has experience working in telephony, reception, and case management. • Can manage social media. • Is meticulous, service-oriented, and enjoys customer contact. • Has good collaboration skills while also being self-driven and taking initiative. • Possesses excellent communication skills and can handle multiple cases simultaneously. • Is responsible, flexible, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. • Is resourceful and has a good ability to solve unforeseen tasks. • Enjoys working agilely and as part of a team.
