Here, adversity has been turned into success, and proud residents of Göinge thrive! **JOB DESCRIPTION** As a Municipal Strategist, you will report directly to the Municipal Director and support strategic planning, case preparation, and public administration. You will provide strategic and administrative support to our political leadership in the municipal executive committee and in council preparations. In your role as a Municipal Strategist, you will primarily support the management of the administration and the political organization. The role is both inward and outward-facing, involving influencing the development of the surrounding community and working within the organization on strategic and long-term assignments and projects at the overall municipal level or within a specific part of the organization. The governance and coordination assignments are based on the goals set by the municipal council. You play a crucial role in following up and analyzing the results of the administration's work. You will work with environmental monitoring, analysis, and report writing, as well as drive processes. In your role, you will write your own investigations but also assist in integrating analyses conducted by others into a larger whole. Answering complex questions in a neutral manner comes naturally to you. The assignments are varied, and in your role, you will contribute a strategic perspective to the work or lead time-limited processes and projects. **QUALIFICATIONS** We are looking for someone with an appropriate academic background and several years of work experience in similar tasks within a politically governed organization. You have: - The ability to analyze complex issues - The ability to communicate results in a pedagogical manner, both orally and in writing - Experience with investigations in larger organizations and/or extensive reports - Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methods - Several years of experience working in a politically governed organization As a person, we believe you are responsible and have a good ability to see the whole picture in complex systems. You also possess strong communication skills. You are accustomed to working independently but also function well in a team. You are a skilled writer with strong analytical abilities.
