We are now seeking a municipal lawyer for a fixed-term assignment. **Responsibilities** The Legal and Security Department is part of the Municipal Executive Administration, working with strategic governance and management issues. We provide specialist support in law, preparedness, security, and information security for the entire municipal organization. Our legal expertise is centralized through municipal lawyers and a chief legal officer, and we work consultatively and closely with the administrations. We are looking for a person who will work as a legal advisor primarily for the civil service organization. The tasks will be varied as you handle cases and, through your consultative role, provide support in a wide range of legal issues. The position involves working in a multifaceted and exciting environment and requires the ability to quickly grasp legal questions both broadly and in depth. This demands flexibility and independence. It is important that you, as a lawyer, actively follow legal developments and take the necessary initiatives for the municipality to stay updated on applicable regulations. **Qualifications** You have a law degree and experience in qualified legal work, preferably in a politically governed organization. To succeed in this role, you possess good knowledge of municipal and administrative law, the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act, and are communicative in both speech and writing. You thrive in a consultative working style and have the ability to take initiative and work independently. You are analytical, efficient, and meticulous, with high integrity.
