Knowledge dissemination is one of our most important tools for creating real change, and in recent years we have worked purposefully to develop this effort. About the Position
We are looking for a Communications Manager who wants to build modern, accessible, and impactful communication where knowledge not only reaches its audience but also leads to concrete improvements in the workplace and society. The role involves leading, developing, and coordinating communication in an organization where many different professions contribute to knowledge dissemination. This is a position for someone who wants to combine strategic leadership with operational execution and who sees the value in making expert knowledge understandable, relevant, and useful for our target groups.
The communications unit is small, but knowledge dissemination is a central part of many employees' missions. As Communications Manager, you will therefore play a key role in creating conditions, working methods, and support that enable the entire organization to work cohesively, thoughtfully, and effectively in its communication.

Practical Information
Employment Type:
Permanent full-time position in your primary profession as a communicator. As a unit manager, you will have a fixed-term appointment. Working hours are Monday to Friday.
You report directly to the operations manager. Start date: As soon as possible or by agreement. Location: CAMM, Region Stockholm, with operations throughout the region. Salary: Monthly salary, individual salary setting.
