Communication Manager

We are seeking a new Communications Director for LF Skaraborg. About the Role As Communications Director, you have overall responsibility for the company's marketing communication and internal communication and are part of the executive management. You will lead an engaged team of communicators who are specialists in digital channels, CRM, and events. In your role in the executive management, you will work with responsibility for the entire company and help realize the company's business strategy. The role involves both strategic and operational responsibility. You are responsible for and drive the strategic development of the company's brand and marketing communication work. You plan, lead, and distribute the daily work of the department. You prepare and follow up on the marketing communication plan and drive development within brand and marketing communication in close collaboration with the organization and our sister companies within the Länsförsäkringar Group. Within the Länsförsäkringar Group, we work with marketing communication in a hybrid organization. Some work is conducted entirely locally, and some is conducted jointly, where some of your colleagues are part of teams with colleagues from other Länsförsäkringar companies. Your Responsibilities * Lead, coach, and develop employees * Responsible for planning, follow-up, and development of communication work * Drive campaigns, communication activities, and projects from idea to implementation * Ensure a strong and consistent digital presence on web, intranet, and social media * Coordinate and develop the company's internal communication * Continuously analyze market trends to ensure relevant and effective communication strategies * Work across the company in executive management * Responsible for the company's community engagement Special Focus Areas * Implement new local brand strategy * Participate in development of the company's CRM work * Integrate AI tools into the work Who Are You?
