About this role

Viscaria is currently in an intensive development phase and continues to strengthen its organization. We are now looking for a driven and creative Communicator who wants to be part of developing Sweden's most exciting industrial project. As a Communicator, you will play a central role in planning, producing, and coordinating communication for Viscaria, both internally and externally. You will work closely with Viscaria's Head of Communications and have a well-established partnership with several agencies and consultants in IR, PR, design, film, photography, and events. Together, we are building a strong and long-term communication strategy that reflects our operations, culture, and ambitions. **About the Role** In the role of Communicator, you will be a key person in our communication function. You will work both operationally and strategically, contribute to planning and decision-making processes, and be responsible for creating content tailored to our target audiences and channels. Travel may be required as part of the role. Your responsibilities will include: - Producing engaging, informative, and audience-specific content for the web, social media, press, intranet, and events. - Collaborating closely with the Head of Communications in planning, executing, and quality-assuring communication and IR/PR work. - Working in close cooperation with our main agencies and external specialists in IR, PR, design, multimedia content, and events – including ordering, setting requirements, and following up on deliveries. - Interviewing internal experts, project managers, and partners for articles, reports, and content production. - Driving and further developing our digital content, visibility, and tone across our channels. - Planning, coordinating, and executing smaller and larger events, visits, tours, and internal activities that strengthen relationships and the brand. - Being present in the organization, getting to know colleagues, workplaces, and projects – and translating insights into strong communication. - Together with the Head of Communications, participating in Viscaria's crisis and disaster management team and handling communication-related aspects of preparedness work. **Who We Are Looking For** We are looking for someone with several years of experience as a communicator or in a similar role, who thrives in a fast-paced environment with clear progress and a wide variety of tasks. You have excellent stylistic skills and feel confident writing for different formats and target audiences. We expect you to have: - Extensive experience in content production for digital channels. - The ability to work both independently and in close collaboration with others. - Experience working with external suppliers and managing production orders and follow-ups. - A good understanding of social media, multimedia, and modern digital communication. - Proficient knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. - A valid driver's license (B).
