Commercial Property Manager in Stockholm
On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a Commercial Property Manager for a full-time position in Stockholm. The assignment is expected to start on 2025-11-14 and run through 2026-03-20, with potential for extension.
About the Role
• Create and maintain strong business relationships with commercial tenants, including long-term strategic partners
• Work independently and take initiative, with the ability to handle operational issues and resolve matters practically and efficiently
• Manage incoming customer inquiries, including space adaptations, compensation issues, and contract management
• Hold financial responsibility for influenceable revenues and costs within the local property portfolio
• Closely collaborate with leasing agents to ensure optimal conditions for new leases, renegotiations, and transfers
• Act as project manager for space adaptations and conversions, developing decision-making documentation and investment calculations
• Conduct regular customer visits and status inspections as a natural part of the work
• Work closely with leasing agents, other managers, and specialists in areas such as legal and disruption management

About You
We are seeking candidates who meet the following mandatory requirements:
• Minimum of two years' experience as a commercial property manager or five years of property management experience with commercial space responsibility
• Strong understanding of property economics and experience with decision-making documentation, investment calculations, and budgeting
• Solid knowledge of commercial lease law and ability to interpret and apply regulations
• Post-secondary education in property management or equivalent work experience
