About the Position As a Commercial Property Manager, you will work to best fulfill the client's objectives and deliver the highest quality in property management. You will be responsible for tenant relations and the property's net operating income, and develop properties at a comprehensive level in close collaboration with the property owner. Example Responsibilities: • Represent the property owner externally to customers, tenants, contractors, municipalities, and other stakeholders • Responsible for continuous customer care towards clients and tenants • Operationally responsible for creating results, budget, and forecast work for each property • Operationally responsible for developing business plans for each property • Drive and manage leasing work, including monitoring renegotiations, executing terminations and transfers of commercial contracts, conducting lease negotiations, and managing leasing and contract writing for commercial spaces You will become part of a new business-driven team in Eskilstuna managing a substantial portfolio of commercial properties in central locations, primarily offices and retail. You will work alongside technical managers, property technicians, and property managers responsible for daily operations, ongoing management, and portfolio development, focusing on customer satisfaction, sustainability, and returns.
