**Job Description**
As a machine operator, you will be responsible for the operation and monitoring of production machines at our client’s facility. You will ensure that the machines are functioning optimally through regular inspections and adjustments, as well as performing routine maintenance to minimize downtime. If necessary, you will handle troubleshooting and take measures to resolve technical issues, always focusing on quality and safety in the work process. You will work closely with the team to maintain effective and high-quality production.
**Qualifications**
We are seeking candidates who have completed a high school education with a focus on technology or industry. You need to have at least one year of experience working as a machine operator within the manufacturing industry. Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written, is essential to perform the tasks effectively. Basic computer skills are required to operate the machines and document the work processes.
Experience with CNC machines or other specialized production machines is an advantage. Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings can provide you with an edge. Experience in working with quality control and safety regulations within the industry is also desirable. If you have completed additional training in automation or technical development, this could further strengthen your application.
