• Are a confident and clear leader who loves to coach and share your knowledge
• Have solid experience from à la carte kitchens and feel comfortable working at a high tempo
• Are knowledgeable about kitchen economics, purchasing, and keeping costs under control without compromising quality
• Are curious about world flavors while always maintaining Swedish home cooking and seasonally-focused, local ingredients as a base
• Are accustomed to following guidelines and routines, while also seeing opportunities for change and development along the way
What You Will Do
• Be a creative driving force in the kitchen and actively participate in daily service
• Lead and inspire the kitchen team with clarity and passion
• Quality-assure each dish and develop menus that impress guests
• Be responsible for purchasing, cost control, and creating sustainable solutions
