We are looking for a driven and experienced Head Chef for a permanent position starting in January. Our restaurant has a strong profile in Asian gastronomy and is known for its high quality. As the Head Chef, you will be the cornerstone of our operations and the guarantor of our dining experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading and distributing the daily work in the kitchen.
• Personnel responsibility.
• Financial responsibility for the kitchen, including purchasing, supplier management, inventory control, and cost management.
• Menu development and continuous quality control of all dishes.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant hygiene and safety procedures.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has several years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef.
• Has a deep and documented knowledge of and passion for Asian gastronomy.
• Is a natural leader who can inspire, motivate, and manage staff.
• Is financially aware and has experience with budget responsibility and purchasing optimization.
• Is structured, stress-resistant, and experienced in delivering quality at a fast pace.
