**Additional Information**
The location for this position is Borlänge, Örebro, or Östersund.

We work closely with our product owners, so you need to have the ability to quickly analyze the requirements we receive to see how we can best meet the needs based on time, content, and approach.
This role suits you if you are responsible, want to make an impact, and are driven to take your own initiatives. This means you are curious, willing to explore and test things yourself until you find a solution, but you can also leverage the expertise of others. To succeed in our mission, we need to listen and share our knowledge with each other, so you need to be communicative and collaborate well with others as part of the team.

If you also have the ability to take the lead when needed, coach, and create engagement to achieve results together, we see that as a plus.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A university or college degree of 180 credits (120 points) with a focus on IT, or other education combined with relevant work experience that we assess as equivalent
- Several years of current and relevant work experience in programming within the Microsoft platform, preferably with .NET, C#, and/or Angular/React
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
It is advantageous if you have:
- Several years of work experience in software development, enabling you to be fully independent with the ability to inspire and teach others
- Worked extensively with both frontend and backend ("fullstack")
- Current, practical experience with automation (deployment and/or test automation)
- Current, practical experience with container technology (Kubernetes, Redhat Openshift, etc.)
- Current experience working with RxJS, state management solutions, or WebForms and MVC patterns
