Restaurang Athena was founded in autumn 2005 and is a Greek restaurant that also serves tapas. We do not offer lunch service, which means work starts in the afternoon.
You must be able to work independently with grill, oven, stove, and deep fryer. This is important.
As the pace can be high, it is crucial that you are organized and structured, able to handle stressful situations, and collaborate with other chefs while following the team leader, especially on weekends.
You should be committed, proactive, and have a passion for food. Quality and excellent service are extremely important to us.
