We are currently seeking a skilled chef for our Production Kitchen in Sätrahöjden, Gävle. This position is a temporary role with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position. In the production kitchen, approximately 8,000 lunch portions are prepared daily, which are delivered to schools, preschools, and for home meal services. We are looking for someone who cooks with passion, has a good sense of flavor, works in a structured and independent manner, is environmentally conscious, and easily shares their passion and joy for work with colleagues. **Responsibilities:** - Prepare delicious food - Ensure that rules, routines, and policies are followed - Participate in maintaining HACCP self-control according to procedures - Contribute to efforts to minimize food waste - Maintain good order in the kitchen **Qualifications:** - You have relevant culinary education and professional experience from restaurant kitchens or large-scale kitchens - You possess good knowledge of special diets - You have a structured and organized working style, with strong communication and collaboration skills with other staff - Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written **Working Hours:** The position is full-time, during the day, and you will work every fourth weekend.
