About this role

My name is Stefan, and I work as the Head Chef at Artonnittiosju. We are now looking to expand our team, and I am seeking a chef who is passionate about cooking, puts the guest first, and wants every experience for our guests to be a memorable one. Our lovely restaurant, located in the heart of Elite Hotel Mimer, strives to always be the place where great memories are created. Are you the one we are looking for? Working as a chef must begin with a passion for cooking and creating exciting flavor combinations. However, the profession involves much more; it is not just about creativity but also about logistics, planning, finance, and teamwork! Regardless of the restaurant, the kitchen feels like a place where different strengths can come together and learn from one another – that is how I have always envisioned it for us. I want you to step in and contribute, but I do not expect you to be strong in every area. I want you to feel that you are learning something with us, that you can be challenged and develop. As a restaurant in a hotel, we have operations that almost run around the clock, which means we work with much more than just à la carte. We handle large orders as well as tasting menus, and this occurs every week. We work in a new, fresh kitchen that is open to the restaurant, allowing us to always stay in touch with the service staff, maintain control over the dining room, and let our guests see both us and our cooking.
