Would you like to work as a chef in a unique mountain environment where the guest experience is always at the center? We are now looking for chefs for our newly opened and renovated operation at Björnrike Ski Club as well as our established slope restaurant, Bräjks Matbar.
With us, you will be part of a dedicated team that is passionate about well-prepared food on-site, quality at every level, and a wonderful work community. Guests come to us to socialize and engage in activities outside of skiing. Here, we offer arcade games, shops, mini-bowling, and a pool, along with a café, lunch and dinner restaurant, and pizza. **Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook dishes for lunch, à la carte, and café.
- Work with high-quality ingredients and contribute to developing menus suitable for our concept.
- Ensure good routines for hygiene, order, and safety in the kitchen.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in the kitchen and service for the best guest experience.
**We are looking for someone who**
- Has experience as a chef, preferably from à la carte or similar operations.
- Is responsible, stress-resistant, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Has a passion for cooking and enjoys working in a team.
- Contributes energy, joy in work, and a professional demeanor.
