ABOUT SKÅVSJÖHOLM: Just 25 minutes from Stockholm Central Station and 35 minutes from Arlanda, you'll find Skåvsjöholm. There are 17 meeting rooms of varying sizes, 97 hotel rooms, and a fantastic restaurant with acclaimed meals. All with a brilliant view over the water and everything under one roof. ABOUT THE POSITION: We are looking for someone who enjoys working with top-quality ingredients and varied menus. You have several years of experience from restaurant kitchens, love the craft, and carefully prepare today's ingredients. Here, they appreciate a pleasant climate with laughter & development but never compromise on service, pace, or quality. We believe you are a person with high ambition who is not afraid to juggle multiple tasks. You are a driven, flexible, and positive chef with a sense of taste, quality, and service. You have the ability to work independently but are part of a relatively small team, take responsibility for your work, and are inspired by challenges to find solutions to various requests. You are involved in daily operations, help plan menus and purchases, and also contribute to maintaining key performance indicators. It is also advantageous if you have knowledge of baking and creating desserts. Skåvsjöholm is located approximately 1.5 km from public transportation with irregular traffic, and working hours vary, so you need to have a driver's license and access to your own car. Working hours vary on days, evenings, and weekends. ABOUT YOU AS AN APPLICANT: For this position, we are looking for someone who: • Is self-motivated and initiative-taking with high ambitions and is accustomed to taking personal responsibility. • Enjoys teamwork in a creative team that always strives forward. • Always wants to give guests the best possible experience. • Has the will to go the extra mile and is consistent and meticulous. • Has relevant education. • At least 3 years of experience working in restaurant kitchens, with preference for experience at a conference facility. • Has good food and ingredient knowledge and good knowledge of HACCP. • Good skills in Swedish and English.
