The Sollentuna Remand Facility is part of the Stockholm region and is one of the Swedish Prison and Probation Service's secure remand facilities. The facility is located near Sollentuna Center and is in close proximity to the commuter train station.
It takes approximately 16 minutes by commuter train from central Stockholm to Sollentuna.
As a chef at the Sollentuna Remand Facility, you will prepare approximately 370 servings per meal daily, distributed across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Your tasks also include cleaning the kitchen facilities, dishwashing, and self-control in accordance with applicable legislation. Meal preparation and planning for special diets and other specific nutritional needs are also part of the job. As a chef, you will be part of a team collaborating with staff in other functions at the Sollentuna Remand Facility.
