**JOB DESCRIPTION**
In the role of chef, you will be responsible for the preparation, cooking, and serving of delicious, safe, and nutritious meals with consideration for the environment. Other important tasks include overseeing special diets, baking bread, being open to preparing new dishes, and the daily management of both dishwashing and cleaning of the kitchen and restaurant.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
Culinary education in large-scale kitchens/restaurants or equivalent experience valued by the employer.
Experience in cooking large quantities.
Strong knowledge/passion for cooking, food quality, environmental awareness, and a focus on the guest.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of allergies.
At least 3 years of documented experience working as a chef in the last 5 years, along with experience in preparing food in larger quantities.
