First Hotel Royal in Säffle is now seeking a chef for our team!
We are looking for someone with several years of experience in à la carte restaurant and lunch service, with extensive knowledge of Swedish home-style cooking. Your responsibilities will include preparing lunches, à la carte dishes, and larger events such as wedding arrangements and other functions. You are accustomed to working both independently and as part of a team, capable of delivering high-quality results during busy periods while remaining creative and self-directed during slower times. The kitchen is also responsible for washing and cleaning its work areas and facilities, and assists with service and bar duties when needed.
Qualifications:
- Culinary and restaurant education
- Multiple years of experience in à la carte and lunch restaurant settings
- Ability to effectively manage and plan your work
- Strong collaborative skills and a positive attitude towards colleagues and guests
- Attention to detail and understanding of high-level service delivery
Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, with employment starting in January 2026.
